Slider and Scrollbar Controls
Slider Control
A slider control is used to represent selections within a range of values.
The size of the control and the minimum/maximum
values are specified by your application.
The length and position of the moveable slidebar is calculated
automatically based on application-supplied settings.
Sliders can be oriented either horizontally or vertically (as shown).
Scrollbar Control
A scrollbar is similar to the slider control, however
the scrollbar has a pair of direction buttons located at each end.
Pressing one of the direction buttons changes the scrollbar position
by one unit.
In addition, clicking within the channel on either side
of the moveable scrollbar moves the scroll position by one "page".
Similar to a slider, scrollbars can be oriented either
horizontally (as shown) or vertically.
