Technical Support Request

Metagraphics products include priority EXPRESS technical support for a period of one year from date of purchase.  To receive priority support after this period you can obtain an annual EXPRESS Support Contract by contacting sales@metagraphics.com.  When you register your Metagraphics product, you will receive a confirmation email containing your EXPRESS ID number.  Direct support is provided only to registered users and EXPRESS developers.  To receive priority service, please be sure to include your EXPRESS ID when submitting technical support requests.  Support questions from registered users without an EXPRESS ID will also be answered, but are processed as a second priority.
