Here are the files that I have concerning Kanji fonts. The dictionary.exe is a self-extracting zip file. To run the program, simply execute the jdic.exe after the program is unzipped. This contains some translations and JIS encoding for the Kanji characters. The other files are BDF fonts of various sizes encoded in the JIS format. These are in a self-extracting zip file called kanji_fonts.exe. As far as the translation utility goes, I used the bdf2meta utility in kanji.zip on your website to convert them to font files.
